Meet

Blair Causey is an educator, speaker, and the heart behind Faithful and Fine. With over five years of experience as a teacher, instructional coach, and facilitator, Blair blends her gifts for storytelling, curriculum design, and spiritual encouragement to create content that is accessible and relatable. Whether she’s leading a workshop, writing a devotional, or curating a space for women to connect through faith, her approach is always rooted in empathy, clarity, and purpose.

At the core of Faithful and Fine is Blair’s belief that spiritual growth doesn’t have to be complicated—it just needs to be intentional. Through thoughtful resources, relatable guidance, and a heart for people, she empowers others to pursue a relationship with God that is honest, joyful, and sustainable.

Blair’s work is a reflection of her calling: to meet people where they are and walk with them toward where God is calling them to be.

Hear

 our story

“Faithful and Fine was born from my own return to God. I was raised in a faith-filled home and always knew who God was, but over time, shame, unhealed trauma, and feelings of unworthiness distorted how I saw myself. More importantly, it distorted how I believed God saw me. So I leaned on my own devices, thinking if I could just create paths to success, I would be fulfilled. I would also be able to show myself and God that I was good enough. Yet, each path left me feeling further from myself.

After a scary season of deep depression, I surrendered my life to God’s way instead of my own. I wish I could say everything changed over night. It did not. It took years to get I’m still learning, still growing, and far from perfect—but my life with God is undeniably better because I let Him lead. Through Bible study, prayer, and many late-night pleas for help, God revealed the tools and strategy that became the foundation of Faithful and Fine. What He gave me, I now offer to others walking their way back to Him.”

Learn

 our approach

Faithful and Fine is built around four ways God relates to us—and how we learn to relate to Him. This framework guides every product, workshop, and gathering we create and is designed to help you move from belief into lived relationship.

01
Hearing

We help you identify God’s voice and Spirit by creating space to quiet distractions and listen with intention.

02
Remembering

We anchor faith in God’s consistency, recalling His faithfulness and covenant through every season of life.

03
Seeing

We learn to view our lives through the lens of God’s sovereignty, truth, and love rather than fear or circumstance.

04
Knowing

We cultivate a deep, personal relationship with God—one rooted in trust, intimacy, and daily connection.
